# Reply to a review

Google and Facebook replies are written in SyncMyReviews and posted on the original platform. Manual reviews have no public reply on Google or Facebook.

## Reply yourself

1. Open **Reviews**.
2. Find the review and choose **Reply**. If a reply is already there, the button says **Edit Reply**.
3. Write the response and send it.

The reply is sent to Google or Facebook and stored on the review. Owners and members who can see that business can both reply.

## Let Miles reply

**Settings** includes an **AI Assistant** section. For each business you can turn on Miles. When it is on, Miles drafts and posts a reply within about five minutes of a new review, for both positive and negative reviews.

Each business can have its own brand-voice notes: tone, signature, things to say, things to skip, and language. If you leave the notes empty, Miles uses the default SyncMyReviews voice: warm, no emoji, no links.

You can still edit a reply later from **Reviews**.

## Hide a review from your site

Hiding a review removes it from widgets, badges, and the trust card. It does not delete the review on Google or Facebook, and it does not remove your reply there. Use the visibility control on the review when you want it kept in the dashboard but not shown on your website.
