Go to your Business Profile. 2. Select Business Profile settings, then People and access. 3. At the top left, select Add. 4. Enter the email address of the person you want to add. 5. Under "Access", choose Owner or Manager. 6. Select Invite. Shared logins make audits impossible. * Before promoting someone to primary owner, confirm the existing primary owner can be demoted (they can, after the swap). While an account can have multiple managers, there can only be one primary owner. This ownership can be transferred to another employee in the event of personnel changes to ensure continuous access and allow for the assignment of new owners and managers.
