The reply you must not send
A driver writes that the car sat for hours after the keys were supposed to be ready. This is the reply you must not post:
We were slammed and you showed up early. If you wanted it faster you should have booked a different day. Everyone else was fine with the wait.
That answer argues with the customer on the public Google thread. It does not mention the job, and it tells the next reader the shop does not own the delay.
The reply written from the inbox
The same wait-time complaint, written the way AI review responses are meant to work, stays on the public fact and moves the rest off the thread:
You are right that the car was not ready when we said it would be, and the extra wait after we handed the keys back is on us. The brake job itself was completed and checked. If something about the repair still needs a look, reply here and we will pick it up with you directly.
Private feedback is for the part that should not be a comment thread: what bay ran late, who had the keys, what you will change at pickup. The public reply is the part future customers read. SyncMyReviews does not hide the review and does not pretend a one-star wait complaint was five stars.
Reply from the SyncMyReviews inbox so the response posts back to Google or Facebook from the same place the review was synced.
