Welcome to the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") for the use of the https://syncmyreviews.com website (the "Service") provided by Sync My Reviews ("us," "we," or "our"). Before utilizing the Service, we kindly request that you read these Terms carefully.

Your access and use of the Service are subject to these Terms, and by using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to comply with them. These Terms are applicable to all visitors, users, and anyone accessing or using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept the legal consequences they entail. If you disagree, in whole or in part, with these terms and conditions, we kindly ask that you refrain from using the Service.

Subscriptions

Certain parts of the Service are subscription-based ("Subscriptions"). Subscriptions are billed periodically, either monthly or annually, depending on your chosen subscription plan.

When your Billing Cycle ends, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless canceled by you or Sync My Reviews. You can manage your Subscription renewal through your online account or by contacting Sync My Reviews's customer support.

To process your Subscription payment, a valid payment method (e.g., credit card) is required. You must provide accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method details. By providing this information, you authorize Sync My Reviews to charge all Subscription fees to your account's payment instrument.

If you delete your account while paid Subscription time remains, you can request a prorated refund of the unused paid time by contacting customer support at support@syncmyreviews.com. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, payment processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 are deducted from the refund. Refunds are not issued automatically.

Accounts

When creating an account, you must ensure that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so may result in the immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions conducted using your account, whether on our Service or on a third-party platform. You must not share your password with any third party, and if you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized account use, please notify us immediately.

Links To Other Websites

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Sync My Reviews. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Sync My Reviews is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or reliance on third-party content or services.

We recommend reviewing the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.

Third-Party Platform Integrations

The Service includes optional integrations with third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook Pages and Instagram Business), Google (Google Business Profile), and others (“Platform Integrations”). When you choose to use any Platform Integration, the following additional terms apply:

Compliance with platform terms. You agree that your use of any Platform Integration is also subject to the terms, policies, and community guidelines of the underlying platform, including but not limited to Meta’s Terms of Service, the Facebook Community Standards, the Instagram Community Guidelines, and Google Business Profile posting policies. A violation of those policies is also a violation of these Terms.
Content ownership and rights. You warrant that you own, or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to publish, any content (including images, captions, and reviews) you publish through a Platform Integration. You retain full responsibility for the legality and accuracy of that content. Sync My Reviews acts solely as a conduit; we do not review, endorse, or assume responsibility for content you publish.
Platform-driven changes. Third-party platforms may modify their APIs, change their policies, impose new rate limits, deprecate permissions, or experience outages — all outside our control. Sync My Reviews does not guarantee the continuous availability, functionality, or feature parity of any Platform Integration, and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue a Platform Integration when a third-party platform’s policies or technical constraints require it.
Platform-driven suspension. If a third-party platform penalises, suspends, or restricts Sync My Reviews because of content you published through a Platform Integration, we may suspend your access to that Platform Integration (or to the Service as a whole in serious cases) until the matter is resolved.
Revocation. You may revoke our access to any Platform Integration at any time via the Connections section of your dashboard, and additionally on the platform’s own side (e.g. Facebook Settings → Business Integrations). Details of how each Platform Integration handles your data are described in our Privacy Policy.

SMS / Text Messaging

The Service may send review requests and related reminders by SMS text message. By providing your consent, you agree to the following terms:

Consent required. We only send text messages to recipients who have provided prior consent to receive them. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
Message content and frequency. For each review request, you may receive one initial request plus up to one reminder. We do not send unrelated marketing messages to numbers collected for this purpose.
Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe and stop receiving further texts, or reply HELP for assistance.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to our Service for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Termination does not affect the survival of certain provisions in these Terms, including ownership rights, warranties, indemnities, and liability limitations.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile, in the Danger zone section. Your account is then scheduled for deletion 14 days later and stays active until that date; your Subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again. You can cancel the deletion at any time before the deletion date. After that date the deletion is permanent: it cannot be undone and your account cannot be restored, including from backups. Our Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and the limited records we keep.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sync My Reviews and its affiliates, officers, directors, representatives, employees, contractors, licensors, licensees, suppliers, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, obligations, costs, actions, or demands.

This includes, but is not limited to, legal and accounting fees arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, content you post, or any activity related to your account.

Limitation Of Liability

Sync My Reviews, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage, including economic loss, loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

This limitation applies to your access or use of the Service, inability to access or use the Service, third-party conduct, content obtained through the Service, and unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content.

Disclaimer And Non-Waiver of Rights

Sync My Reviews provides the Service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Sync My Reviews does not guarantee the Service's uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. You acknowledge that Sync My Reviews retains its rights even if it does not immediately enforce them.

Exclusions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Provincial laws may apply to specific products and services provided.

Changes

Sync My Reviews reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at its discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
