Collect reviews with QR codes

Last updated Sep 24, 2026 by SyncMyReviews

A QR code gives customers a short path to leave a review. You design it in SyncMyReviews, download the image, and put it on a card, a receipt, or a counter.

Create a code

  1. Open Review pipeline, then the QR code generator at /review-pipeline/qrcode-generator.
  2. Create a code and choose where it goes:
    • the business trust card (the default),
    • a review pipeline,
    • or a custom URL.
  3. Set the colors, frame, frame text, logo, and size.
  4. Download PNG or SVG.

The trust card is the public page at https://www.syncmyreviews.com/trust-card/{slug}. Its Leave a review button opens Google when that business has a Google location connected.

Feedback link

The review pipeline (/review-pipeline/review) asks for a rating first. A high rating sends the visitor toward the public review page. A low rating opens a private feedback form. That private note is stored as a manual review so you can respond without it being posted on Google or Facebook.

Point a QR code at the pipeline when you want that split. Point it at the trust card when you want people to land on your public reviews.

Scans

Each scan is stored. Dashboard shows a 30-day scan count, a heatmap of when people scan, and a leaderboard of the codes that were scanned most. Those cards can be hidden per user from dashboard widget settings.
