Zapier lets another app react when something happens in SyncMyReviews, and lets that app write a few things back. The integration is included with an active subscription. Zapier's own plan limits still apply on their side.
The public Zapier app is in a closed beta. You can still connect it when you have access to that app. The field-by-field reference is Zapier API.
Create a token
Token management is owner-only. Members see a read-only note on the Zapier page.
- Open Connections, then Zapier (
/connections/zapier). - Choose Generate Zapier token.
- Copy the token from the dialog. It is shown once. After you leave, the page shows only the last four characters, when it was created, and when it was last used.
- Paste it into Zapier's connection dialog.
Rotate replaces a token you think leaked and keeps existing Zaps pointed at the new one. Revoke disconnects Zapier and stops those Zaps.
One token covers the account. Each Zap still picks a single business. A business needs an active or trialing subscription or the call is rejected.
