One counter moment

Offline review collection at SyncMyReviews is one path, not a pile of receipt ideas. The customer is still at the counter. They scan the QR from review QR codes or tap the card from NFC review cards. The review page opens on their phone before they reach the door.

That is the whole in-person flow: the code is on the counter, the phone opens the review page, and the visit is over. There is no second email sequence standing in for the moment they are already standing there.

What the dashboard records

The scan is not anonymous marketing. SyncMyReviews writes a scan row in the dashboard for that code, so the shop can see that this counter ask happened. The review itself still posts on Google or Facebook through the normal connection. The product does not invent a star rating at the desk.

An auto repair shop uses the same moment when the job is finished. Ask at the service desk when you hand the keys back, while the driver is still in front of you, instead of hoping they remember from the parking lot.
