How to add photos and videos

  1. Go to your Business Profile.

  2. Select Photos, then Add photos, then Select images and videos.

  3. Choose the photos or videos you want to upload (you can multi-select).

  4. Select Open.

  5. Review the upload status; new media usually appears within a few minutes.

Best Practices

  • Cover the full set: exterior (so customers find you), interior (vibe), product (what they buy), and team (trust).
  • Use natural light. Avoid stock images — Google can spot them and may suppress them.
  • Add 1-2 fresh photos per week. A 'living' Profile gets surfaced more often than a static one.
  • Keep videos under 30 seconds and under 75 MB so uploads succeed reliably.

Businesses that add photos to their Business Profiles receive 42% more requests for directions on Google Maps and 35% more website clicks. Photos are not a 'nice to have' — they're a primary ranking and conversion lever.
