Get Help When Something on Your Profile Breaks
When something goes wrong — your listing disappears, your address shows up wrong, or you can't log in — you have four ways to reach support, and they're not equal. Pick the right one and you can resolve most issues in days, not weeks.

How to choose the right support channel
Start with the Google Business Profile Help Center for the fastest answers.
If unresolved, try the AI Help Guide — it walks you through the most common cases (selected countries only).
For account-specific issues, use the "Contact Us" form. Describe the issue and Google routes you to the right team.
For complex or escalated cases, post in the GBP Help Community where Product Experts can sometimes escalate to Google directly.
Best Practices
- Always include your verified business name, address, and Place ID when contacting support.
- Take a screenshot of the exact error or wrong information you're seeing — speeds up triage.
- Avoid duplicate tickets across channels; they can slow each other down.
If you can't find an answer in the Help Center, you can contact Google's support team directly. Describe your issue in the text box and Google will suggest relevant help articles first. If those don't solve your problem, you'll be presented with contact options (often email/form submission).
You're done when
- You matched the issue to the right support channel.
- Your request includes business name, address, and Place ID.
- You avoided filing duplicate tickets across channels.
